BIENVENUE / BIENVENIDO / добро пожаловать Welcome to the Ascension Collegiate Modern Languages Department web page. Our department is home to 3 teachers and offers courses in French, Spanish and Russian. Spanish 2221 and Russian 2223 are basic introductory courses with alot of emphasis on communication and culture. A variety of French courses, both core and immersion, are offered to over 300 French students. We are committed to enhancing students' knowledge of Canada's second official language through a combination of academics and cultural activities.
