Mathematics 2205/3205 represents the new level II and III Honors Mathematics courses being taught for the first time this year.  Mathematics 2205 is taught during Term I and Mathematics 3205 is taught during Term II.  Taught at a very fast pace, these courses are designed for students with a strong aptitude for mathematics and those who plan on attending university following high school.  Both courses rely heavily on the use of the TI - 83 Plus Graphic Calculator and are taught utilizing a great deal of technology throughout.  The texts for the courses are Mathematics Modeling II and Mathematical Modeling III.  The final exam in Mathematics 3205 will be a public exam delivered by the Provincial Department of Education.
